I spent a decent amount of money on one of their kits and it was great when it worked, but after it stopped (within the warranty period), I couldn't get a reply/response from 3 emails to 'support', 1 email to their warranty center, 1 email to their "manager", 2 website form messages, 2 tweets, and a Facebook private message. The mod has been received now for over a week, and still no reply.

At this point it's obvious that they do not care one bit about their customers, and that I'm out the money for the mod, and wasted money to ship it to them. I don't get how a customer can do everything by the book, and just gets crapped on.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
