Smok - Not one damn person answered

Nobody answered when I called so therefore I received no help. My e cig stopped working vape shop won’t take it back and smok didn’t help at all!!!

The majesty kit went bad after under 2 months so I sent in a warranty request, and it took over a month and a half before they told me to call another number. Smok - No support just spams

I tried contacting their support many times, but they simply choose to ignore customers. Stay away from this brand, as they also spam you with promotions if registered, with no way to unsubscribe. Appalling ! {{Redacted}}
