I have sent approx several emails to smok my mod Alien worked for 4 weeks shop told me to return to smok them selves so i did costing me £15 as i live in uk I bought battery and charger and also baby beast total loss £135 really pixxed off I have 3 emails addresses for them if anyone knows how to get in touch with this company or make official complaint i did want replacement but now i want refund. Absolutely discussing customer services will not buy again.
