So after a month an a half of barely ever using the Alien I get the dreaded spinning atomizer. It does not see the tank and says Ohms too low.

The 510 pin is not flush with the mod. It is only serviced by one company in the U.S.,and that is Now I never kept the receipt for it because I just quit smoking and went on a vape mod buying spree. I can’t even remember where I bought it.

Anyway madvapes will not accept anything without a receipt even though they know about the problem and they know it is happening. I mean what can I do ? Iam being honest.

Should I buy another one then switch out my broken one and return it ? I’m not suggesting to do that, but what if everyone did ?

Same thing happened to me. I went back to the vape store that I got it from and told them I was sending it in for warrenty and he was able to print me off another recipt
