I can't get SMOK to contact me back for a bad device

New ReviewerI bought the G-Prive 2 the 510 popped out and then it shorted out and then it melted pretty much everything I went to the store that I bought it from they told me to contact smok and to the warranty with them it's been almost 2 months and I can't get smok to respond they won't contact me back I sent them pictures of the device I've sent the serial number everything receipt and nothing they won't contact me back they won't help me out now I'm stuck don't know what to do the only thing I can think of doing is going to act like channel 9 news and see if they can help me out smok the company they should respond to their customers and help them
