Smok - Replacement
I sent my defective unit in august and have yet been reached obtain my replacement or even a date that i will be. This seems like it could carry on till the end of the year.

Every Smok Mod i buy fails after warranty of 3 months is up usually to 510 thread short or oil in the electronics even when using the Smok tanks, save your money, Smok sucks with their Mods
Smok - Don't buy this
I bought a smok alien and it stopped working I only had it 4 weeks spent 100$ and they said it was under warranty I had to send it in they said it would take 6 weeks to get the other one sent out its been 4 months I call them once a week and get the same thing said we have reviewed it and you should get it in 2 weeks
2 different smok units - both failed
Osub 40 failed in 30 days and osub 80 failed in 14 days. Both due to bad electrical design. Switched merchant and manufacturer. Both working fine. Smok customer service is an oxymoron.

Have a smok alien 220. Screen went black. Contacted support 3 times with no answer. 2 emails to support 1 to manager . Won't support smok anymore
Smok - Worst customer service.
They have the worst email response ever. It takes weeks to get a response, if they send one at all. They clearly don't even read the whole email, then you have to wait 3 more weeks to hear back when you try to clarify. Aaarrrggh!!!!

I made a complaint 2 weeks ago regarding my broken smok. They have not responded even after sending an additional 2 emails. Poor Customer service.
