MOD *** OUT AFTER A MONTH, SUBMITTED A CLAIM AND NOW I CAN'T GET A RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. 11 DAYS SINCE THEY LAST RESPONDED TO ASK FOR PICTURES AND PROMISING A COUPON FOR A REPLACEMENT VAPE.

NOW I'VE DESTROYED THE MOD - AT THEIR DIRECTION - AND HAVE OVER $100 WORTH OF USELESS ACCESSORIES. I SENT THEM A MESSAGE ON FACEBOOK AND GOT A RESPONSE FROM A BOT TELLING ME TO CONTACT AFTERSALES. WEBSITE CLAIMS TO OFFER ONLINE CHAT, BUT NO LINKS OR ANYTHING ARE AVAILABLE. NO RESPONSES TO EMAILS AND THEY ONLY HAVE A CHINA LOCAL OR US NUMBER, I LIVE IN CANADA AND DON'T WANT TO SPEND $200 IN LONG DISTANCE TO REPLACE A $100 MOD.

TERRIBLE PRODUCTS, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOTE TO SELF: DON'T EVER BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T ALLOW YOU TO ACCESS THEIR ONLINE CHAT --- THEY'RE AVOIDING SOMETHING!!!!
