Smok - Can the (704) 696-8900 number help with account coupon issues?

Can the staff at (704) 696-8900 help with such things as account coupon issues? It is VERY difficult to get customer service from SMOK due to the time difference. It would be great if SMOK had a US customer service team that could help the thousands of customer who need help in the US. If you email SMOK it takes a week for them to reply to you! {{Redacted}}

Smok - Not one damn person answered

Nobody answered when I called so therefore I received no help. My e cig stopped working vape shop won’t take it back and smok didn’t help at all!!!
