After going through my first priv bar I realized it was no where near 15,000 hits as it lasted half as long as other vapes that claim 10,000 hits. So I attached a counter to my 2nd Priv Bar to find out how many hits are actually in it.
Currently it is at 50% with only 1,006 hits on track to fall 13,000 hits short of your purported 15,000 hits on normal setting claim.
I will be posting a video when the vape reaches 0% but I thought you as a company would like to know that your product falls heinously short of its claimed ability.
I Sent this I believe two weeks ago without response, the vape officially finished at 1,954 hits not even able to make it to fall 13,000 hits short. I can't imagine you're ok as a company falling so unreasonably short but I will go ahead and put my reviews up tomorrow with the video to help others avoid the mistake of purchasing your products.

Hi Smok,
I would like to be reached out for the warranty. I purchased a RPM 5 Pro kit last September.
The kit is leaking badly.
I do keep the kit in a horizontal position, not too full of vape juice, however, the juice is still leaking everywhere, from bottom of the container, or from the hole of the bottom kit. Additionally, the entire smok kit is overheated due to the liquid accumulated in the electrical connection portions which makes it extremely dangerous
It is very disappointing since this is my 3rd smok kit, the previous two different models were not with the same issue.
Please reach out to solve the problem. I appreciate your help!

I bought the phone in Boston Massachusetts on Commonwealth Avenue out of the store. I didnt even have a 24 hours.
The thing was not charging I brought it back. I thought maybe the coil was burned so it wasnt the coil its the machine itself it will not take a charge even a little bit and its a SMOKNOVO boo shell I have this a receipt etc. its still on the warranty its not even 30 days old but like I said when I brought it back to the guy. I couldnt believe how rude he was.
Then he told me he was going to call the police if I didnt leave his store and I told him yeah call the police because I didnt you gotta replace this ha ha, so anyways, I was getting nowhere with this guy and then he just started swearing at me and some kind of other language. I just left the store but I am not eating this. Thats no way its not right I paid for it. I got the receipt its under warranty and I want to speak to somebody.

One week ago purchased at a local smoke shop and was not told the battery wasn't in it had to go back and was charged an additional $10 after spending almost $60 on it after getting it set up it was leaking the vape juice out the side of the tank called company for help left a message no one called me back then the screen that reads the wattage and battery line went completely fuzzy and was unreadable so went to the store where I bought it and they won't refund or exchange so I was told to call the company , the company wants me to mail in the device so they can try to fix it but said they won't do anything about the tank not to mention I have to pay for the shipping , I'm very angry that I bought a lemon and this is how I'm treated, also I had to spend another $60 on a new device so I had something to smoke I quit cigarettes over 10 years ago through vaping so I can't go without a device to vape!

I called the number I was given. The lady I spoke with was very polite & friendly.
I explained to her my situation & according to her the number I called & the site (SMOKSTORE.COM) are not the same business. She looked up the website thatD9 no I am trying to contact & gave me an email address that I already was aware of & explained that she could not find any phone number associated with this website.
I also explained that when I attempted to login to the website to possibly find a tracking number or any other information, I received an error message saying both my email address & password was not correct. She advised me to contact my bank & stop the payment on the transaction...!!!

The problem im have it to do with the novo bar AL6000 white Gummy i buy my vapes from one of your vendors perfect vape im a long time use of your products i buy them from perfect vape and they have been a great place to purchase your products from up until recently i purchase 3 of the vape name about and i was able to vape one cycle of the battery after changing with a low voltage the one i use on all my vape they tasted burnt i Contacted perfect vape and they wouldn't Do anything to fix my problem. So I am reaching out to you to see if there's a fault in the product? Also i was wondering if there was any way i could be Compensated for my loss thank you for your time
